The Bèrghem Ultra Trail races are 100% expedition-style races through the forest of Moss, Indre Østføld & Østmarka. As usual this is on an unmarked trail, running using our club GPS track. It is 100% self-supported, with no aid station or drop bag, neither pacers nor pets allowed.

We can guarantee running on 6% dirt road and 94% on paths, mostly on the blue path (local shire path), the rest on the red one (national path) and some on the gold path (hunting path) - the best one!
